| October 5 |
Despite windy conditions Jessie O' s Fish N' Fun limited out this week with tog. Nice size keepers were caught on green crab in the back bay. Other catches aboard the Fish N Fun included keeper size sea bass & triggerfish. Mixed bag fishing aboard the Jessie O' II included large amounts of croakers, keeper size sea bass, small blues & an American eel weighing in at 4.5 pounds.
Both boats will continue to fish though the end of the year. The Jessie O' Fleet will start targeting stripers mid month with a special night striper trip on October 24th departing at 6pm. The Jessie O' II will also be fishing in Maynards Annual Striper tournamant on October 31th. Call for reservations 609.412.3635.

The Jessie O´ II has had a weekend of mixed bag fishing! Lots of croakers, keeper size sea bass, blues, porgies & triggerfish have all been hitting on the 6 hour ocean trips.

| August 31 |
Results of The 8th Annual Kelly's Corner Pub "Weakfish and Flounder Finale" Tournament on Saturday and Sunday. George Haslam fished the Carpenders Tournament on Saturday and Kelly's on Sunday.George weighed in five nice weakfish taking 1st place in the Weakfish division and 2nd place overall.Joe Lamaine took 1st place overall with a 4.1 lb Flounder caugh at the Ocean City reef on the Jessie O' Fishing fleet.Billy Arthur was 3rd Overall with a 3.1 flounder on the Jessie O'. The Chelsea Cup will be taking a trip across the Delaware river to the Cottman and Frankfort Section of Philadelphia. Leo Breslin's 4.12 pound Flounder the 1st place winner of the Proud Mary's Tournament had the heaviest fish of the four tournment series.Leo also won a rod and reel donated by Don and Tony of Captain Andy's in Margate.Kelly's tournament proceeds will benefit the Fisher house that helps the families of our hospitalize Men and Women while they are recovering at Military Hospitals. The toal amount of the four tournament series was over $8,800.00 donated this fishing season. Thank you again to everyone for all your help.

| July 30 |
This week fishing aboard the Jessie O' II proved to be MIXED BAG FISHING AT ITS BEST!! Sundays charter for the Mesianno Group boated 8 keeper fluke up to 25 inches. Catches on that trip also included keeper sea bass, tog, blues & porgies. Monday & Tuesday's trips produced fluke up to the 26 inch range and keeper sea bass, blues, ling & croakers.

Here are the results of the 7th Annual Proud Mary's Benefit Have A heart for "Richie" Fishing Tournament. The 60 entries raised over $1,000.00 on Saturday for local Bartender Rich Fairfield, who is on a waiting list for a heart transplant. Leo Breslin of Phila, PA won the Tournament on the last drift of the day while fishing on the Jessie O' Head boat out of Margate. Leo won with a 4:12 lb 23 1/2 inch Flounder out of the Ocean City Inlet. 2nd place went to Craig Palmisano of Margate with a 4.0 lb 22 1/2 inch Flounder. 3rd place went to Todd Mossman of Mays Landing with a 2.06lb 19inch Flounder. Still no Weakfish have been weighed in the Chelsea Cup Series.

The crew aboard Jessie O's Fish n Fun out of Capt Andy's had a trio of trips over the Father's Day weekend. Cpt Alf & Mate Chris used mostly mackerel strip for a pick of Summer Flounder. The back bay has had lots of action with the shorts in large numbers. Mike Leedey of West Chester decked a 19 inch fluke that took the pool. The backwater channels also produced keepers for Rich Kampert of Doylestown 18 1/4 inches, Alec Graham of Berlin with an 18 incher, Father & Son team from Colorado Elx & Brian Loevland with their pair of 19 inch flatties. The crew also saw several keeper sea bass boated over the weekend. 2 trips daily 8am & 1 pm. Call 609-412-3635.

Fishing this past week aboard Jessie O's Fish N Fun was packed with action. Shorts certainly out numbered the keepers but the action was there! Lakes Bay, Risley Channel & the Longport Bridge produced keepers for Courtney Mathis of Hamilton, OH, Nelson Rodriguez of EHT with his 20.5 incher fluke, Brian Furgione of Mayslanding, Jason Durham of Parsipanny, NJ Scott Doly of Ramsey NJ, Jack Walfo of Deptford with an 18incher & Lews Greenwood of Mt Ephraim with his pair flukes that measured 19 1/4 & 18. Gino Socks of Roxborough took the led in the Progressive Jackpot pool this week with his 2.79 pound flatty. The Progressive Jackpot Pool is growing!!! Fish On!!!
